Abstract

It does not require patient´s consent in vaccination which is enforced to enhance the level of people´s health and to prevent the epidemic of communicable diseases. However, there could be unwanted results from vaccination which have their origins in inevitable . biomedical. mechanisms or some faults in medical practice. And the faults are caused by medical profession´s negligence, vaccines or medical implements. In case of unwanted. results from compulsory vaccination the national government are to compensate the casualties of people. Also the government has duties to guarantee the stability and usefulness of vaccines and medical implements.
